Florian Heinrich is an experienced operations leader with expertise in strategic planning, process optimisation, and business automation. As Chief Operating Officer of Higher Ed Partners South Africa, he drives operational excellence, service efficiency, and the organisation’s mission to expand access to quality online education.

With over a decade in business operations, project management, and digital transformation, Florian has led key roles in international EdTech firms. He was previously Vice President of Project Management at Noodle and COO at Hubble Studios. 

Holding an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, he brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, financial management, and operational strategy to enhance value for university partners and students.
