Justyna Dymerska, Ph.D

BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Dymerska is the Executive Chairman and General Partner at Best Merchant Partners, LP (BMP), a Dallas-based parent entity of a global group of higher education online enablers across the US, Europe, Africa and South America focused on expanding access to post-secondary education through technology, and is a Board member of the constituent companies. 

Dr. Dymerska serves or has served on the boards of directors of Higher Ed International (executive chairman), Higher Ed Partners South Africa, Higher Ed Partners Limited, Ilumno Holdings Ltd. (chairman), Universidad del Istmo in Panama; Universidade Veiga de Almeida in Brazil; Instituto Professional Providencia in Chile; Universidad Empresarial Siglo21 in Argentina; Institución Universitaria Politécnico Grancolombiano in Colombia and Academic Partnerships Foundation.

Dr. Dymerska holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge in England where she was recipient of the Marie Curie Fellowship. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
