Phindile Busakwe

Team Leader: Enrolment and Retentions

Phindile Dieketseng Busakwe is a Team Leader for HEP Africa’s Enrolments and Retentions team. She has more than eight years of experience across higher education, customer service and contact centre environments. She holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Higher Certificate in Business Management and Contact Centre, and has completed certifications in Salesforce and customer relationship management (CRM).

In her role at HEP Africa, Phindile oversees enrolment operations and student support processes, helping to ensure an efficient and seamless experience throughout the student journey. Her previous experience includes roles at CTU Training Solutions and Cell C, as well as a Team Leader position at Digicall.

Phindile is passionate about service excellence, operational efficiency and finding practical solutions to challenges. She is committed to continuous improvement and to supporting her team in delivering a consistently high-quality experience for students.
