Sizwe is passionate about helping students find the right educational path. With over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and training within the education and financial sector, he brings a blend of industry expertise and a student-centric focus to his role as Team Leader. For five years he worked at Monash South Africa as a student advisor, trainer, and team leader, ensuring information provided to potential students aligned with their goals and the institution's mission.

Since joining HEP Africa in February 2019, Sizwe has consistently exceeded targets and recently transitioned from Enrolment Specialist to Team Leader. He believes in building strong relationships with the students, offering ongoing support and providing accurate information. Sizwe holds a Professional Qualification: Governance and Administration with Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa (CSSA) and is pursuing an Occupational Certificate: Governance Practitioner with the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
